I went to an iPhone launch and ended up thinking about a Walkman. 1979: one album, AA batteries, flip the tape. 2001: iTunes, then the iPod. A thousand songs, and a battery you never had to buy. It just charged. That felt like magic. 2007: the first iPhone. Genuinely awkward to use. And then I couldn’t go back. People ask me why iPhone, when Android is cheaper and often better on paper. Here’s my honest answer: Apple never won on specs. It won on the moment you don’t notice — copy here, paste there, answer on your watch. No friction. And one more thing nobody says: Apple is one brand. Android is many. So the iPhone comes with a sense of belonging that a spec sheet can’t manufacture. Same lesson, 25 years apart. People don’t buy the best thing. They buy the easiest thing that also says something about them. Does the ecosystem keep you, or just make leaving expensive? 👇 — Mahdiya #Apple #iPhone18 #Technology #BrandStrategy #ConsumerBehaviour Leadership Doha
